Mark Hrinya Vice President of Finance Xenometrics LLC

Mark Hrinya has over 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning and operations in technology based companies. He is currently the Vice President of Finance at Xenometrics, a rapidly expanding preclinical contract research organization supporting the bio-pharmaceutical, animal health and agro-chemical industries. 

Before joining Xenometrics, Hrinya was an Entrepreneur in Residence with the Kansas Technology Enterprise Corporation, assisting technology based companies in there efforts to grow and gain financing.

Earlier, Hrinya was Vice President of Finance at Flexbridge Technologies, a startup networking, file-sharing and online storage company, where he was able to successful raise start-up capital. Prior to that, Hrinya spent 10 years at Bristol Technology, an Inc. 500 and Connecticut Fast 50 company, as VP of Finance and Controller. Hrinya managed the company through successive years of compounded growth approaching 60% per year. He successfully navigated the company through a product transition strategy on internal capital enabling the company to enter two new markets. This successful transition enabled Bristol to successfully attract $9.1 million in venture capital and the company was subsequently purchased by Hewlett Packard.

Prior to his experience at Bristol, Hrinya was Director of Finance at Revelation Technologies, a venture back company that was purchased by Ceridian Corporation. Hrinya also has experience in acquisition integration and operational accounting with Canteen Corporation.

Hrinya grew up in Pennsylvania and holds a BS in Finance and Information Systems from the Pennsylvania State University.
