Jeremy Jones is President and CEO of Nitride Solutions, a Wichita-based company that is commercializing a low-cost, high volume manufacturing process for Aluminum Nitride, an enabling material for next generation LEDs, communication and power electronic devices.

Prior to forming Nitride, Jeremy was VP of Koch Genesis, the venture arm of Koch Industries in Wichita. In this role Jeremy originated and structured venture investments in alternative fuels, biochemicals and plastics, nanomaterials and high-performance renewable fibers.

He has over thirty years of experience in Business Development and Executive roles building global businesses based on advanced materials for Fortune 500 companies such as Polaroid, Motorola and Cabot Microelectronics, and start-ups like Crosslink and NanoProducts. He has extensive experience in meeting the demanding requirements of customers in markets as diverse as semiconductors, flat panel displays, data storage, military and automotive.

Jeremy holds a Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering and a Masters Degree in materials engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. He is a Director of Naturally Advanced Technologies, a publicly-traded Vancouver B.C. company commercializing advanced renewable fibers for apparel and paper uses.
