Bryan DiGiorgio Founder Workspace Communications |
After 20 years in the customer management and telecommunications industry, Bryan DiGiorgio founded CXO Global Solutions, a communications and managed call center services company. Subsequently, he launched WorkSpace Communications, a subscription-based unified communications company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CXO.
An expert in business process optimization, DiGiorgio has extensive experience within the automotive, consumer services, financial services, retail and telecommunications sectors. During his career, DiGiorgio has managed global workforces with as many as 40,000 employees, always determined to leverage the most advanced technology and business productivity tools.
Having experienced what Microsoft Unified Communications (UC) can do for a large corporation, DiGiorgio recognized an opportunity to bring the tool to smaller businesses that lacked the capital to invest in the equipment required to support the tool. As a result, he founded WorkSpace – the first U.S. company offering unified communications as a subscription-based service with a national footprint. DiGiorgio’s vision has made it possible for smaller businesses to benefit from UC without making a significant capital investment, and without ongoing IT support and maintenance.
Before leading customer management organizations for OnStar, H&R Block, Vonage and Sprint, DiGiorgio helped launch a Business Processing Outsourcing start-up, increasing its revenues from $1.6M to $80M in six years. He is a graduate of Emporia State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in finance, with a minor in economics. He received an MBA with distinction from Webster University’s School of Business, and he completed additional Executive courses at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
