Tahir Ahmad is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of PetroPower LLC. Located in Wichita, Kan., PetroPower LLC provides remote asset managing services for oil and gas companies via laptops and cell phones at PetroPower Oil.com.

As both the visionary and technical mind behind PetroPower, Tahir has created the first online wealth management tool for oil and gas wells; this system is an automatic and secure way for managing well production.

In December 2009, Tahir joined the design team at WIKtronics LLC. At WIKtronics LLC, Tahir brings his experience and knowledge to improve the performance and technology of efficient electric vehicles to meet the growing demand in the United States.

Deriving from Tahir’s extensive research on oil wells in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas, the PetroPower concept was created upon entering and winning the 2007 Shocker Business Plan Competition. He currently holds multiple design and engineering patents.

Prior to PetroPower, Tahir worked with several software, aviation and petroleum start-ups. Tahir received his bachelor of science in electrical engineering from Wichita State University in May 2007.
