As co-founder and Managing Partner of Emerge Medical Solutions, LLC, in Lenexa, Jerry Calovich helps outpatient cardiology practices improve recognition and treatment of patients. Emerge Medical Solutions, LLC, has created a new and clinically proven approach to improve the quality of healthcare delivered to patients with cardiovascular disease. In collaboration with nationally recognized cardiologist Dr. Will Daniel, Jerry created this growing medical software company, which evolved out of an initiative addressing quality gaps in heart failure care.

For more than 20 years, Jerry has been a successful Sales Manager for Medtronic, Inc., a Fortune 100-company that manufactures and sells implantable cardiac devices. In addition to earning numerous sales and marketing honors, including the company’s highest Star of Excellence Award, Jerry oversees a $40 million arm of the business.

In 1997, Jerry founded Z Management, LLC, a large commercial real estate organization. Fulfilling his entrepreneurial dreams, Jerry grew his company’s annual revenues from $1.2 million to more than $16 million over a five-year period.

Jerry graduated from the University of Kansas, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and was also a scholarship athlete for the university football team.
